cute staffground floor roomsmell of smokeunhoovered carpets
the staff was very cute , and they remembered small details. they always checked on me before i arrived and made sure i got a ground floor room , which i really appreciated.
the carpets did not seem to have been hoovered , and the whole place smelled of smoke. my wife had to use a lot of perfume to make the room smell decent , it was not great.

the friendly staff gave a warm welcome and proved always ready to assist. I found my room warm. there was plenty of tea and coffee readily available. The location provided very good value, something i do value a lot.
the corridor NEEDED a bit more vacuuming, i noticed dust under the radiator.

okay stay but with some issues
thin wallsinsufficient towels
i was a little disappointed with a few things. the walls seems thin. i could hear everything from the room next to mine. also, there werent enough towels in the bathroom. we had to ask for extra, and that seemed inconvenient.

The room was large, i appreciated that. It had all the basics needed for a cheap overnight stay. The staff always had a smile and were most helpful.
The television was MUCH too small for the size of the room. I never saw that there would be a £5 parking FEE, you have to have a car to get there. Two people booked in, but only one bath towel and a hand towel.

the staff was really helpful! i travelled a long way and was able to rest up for the night. the checkout time at eleven o'clock was useful, it gave me plenty of time in the morning.
the walls werent soundproof, i could hear my neighbours. i had to leave in the middle of the night!

the room was spacious and bright, a great surprise. i found the staff friendly and very helpful. staff were always ready to assist with any needs, it was lovely.
i saw no lift, it may be a problem for some guests. my wife struggled with her luggage up the stairs, this was a little inconvenient.
